Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Bulin 47 AI, including acceptable photos, credits and AI-generated content.

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bulin 47 AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, TikTok, Instagram or any artist, label or platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You sign in with Google and are responsible for all activity on your account.

Photos you upload

You may only upload photos that:

  • show yourself, or an adult who has given you explicit permission to use their likeness in an AI-generated video;
  • do not show anyone under 18;
  • are not used to impersonate, deceive, harass, defame or sexualise anyone, including public figures, artists and celebrities;
  • you have the right to use.

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the resulting videos. We may refuse, remove or block content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

AI-generated content

Videos are generated by third-party AI models. Results may be inaccurate, contain visual artifacts or not resemble the person in the photo. AI output is a new synthetic video, not a recording of real events. When you share a video you agree to:

  • clearly label it as AI-generated where the platform asks or where viewers could be misled;
  • comply with the rules of the platform where you post it;
  • not present it as genuine footage of a real person or event.

Subject to these Terms and the model providers' terms, you may use your generated videos for personal and social media purposes. You must not use them for illegal purposes or to infringe anyone's rights.

Credits and payments

Generating a video uses credits. Prices and credit costs are shown before you render. Payments are processed by Stripe.

  • Credits from one-time packs do not expire while your account exists.
  • Subscription credits are added at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in Billing.
  • If a render fails or is blocked by a safety filter, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Refunds of purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent limits of the Service, use automated scripts to generate content, or resell the Service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
