Refund Policy
When Bulin 47 AI refunds credits and purchases, including automatic refunds for failed renders.
Automatic credit refunds
If a video render fails, times out or is blocked by the model's safety filter, the credits used for it are returned to your balance automatically. You don't need to contact us.
A render that completes successfully but that you don't like is not automatically refunded, because the AI model has already done the work. Using a clear, front-facing photo greatly improves results — see the photo tips on the home page.
Credit pack refunds
You can request a refund for a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used. Contact us with the email on your account and the purchase date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; the related credits are removed from your balance.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime in Billing; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once credits for that period have been used.
Exceptions
If something went wrong on our side — for example you were charged twice or credits weren't delivered — contact us and we'll fix it.
